About Strīd

We are building trust intelligence infrastructure for business relationships.

Strīd maps the trust between people and turns fragmented relationship signals into prioritized opportunity paths — starting with outbound sales and expanding across every trust-heavy business workflow.

    Mission

    Our mission

Business still runs on trust. The strongest opportunities often move through relationships, credibility, timing, and context — but most teams have no structured way to see those paths.

Strīd exists to make trust visible, actionable, and useful. We help teams understand who to contact, why now, what relationship path may exist, and what action to take next.

Trust drives every deal. Strīd makes yours visible.
    Why now

The next layer is judgment, not activity.

AI is making it easier than ever to generate more outreach, more content, and more activity. But activity alone does not create trust. In a world of infinite outreach, the advantage shifts to teams that understand relationship context, timing, and credible access.

    01

    Trust is hidden

The best relationship paths often live inside people's heads, inboxes, calendars, CRM notes, past companies, events, and communities.

    02

    Signals are fragmented

CRM data, contact databases, LinkedIn context, buyer intent, company news, and relationship history rarely live in one place.

    03

    Action needs judgment

Teams do not just need more leads. They need to know which opportunity matters, which path is strongest, and what move to make next.

    Nathan Pettyjohn

    Founder & CEO, Strīd

Nathan Pettyjohn is a technology entrepreneur, author, and ecosystem builder focused on AI, XR, enterprise innovation, and the future of work.

He is the Founder and President of the VR/AR Association, one of the largest global trade associations for virtual and augmented reality, and President of the Applied AI Association. Through his work across emerging technology communities, enterprise partnerships, events, and go-to-market strategy, Nathan has built and operated networks connecting founders, executives, investors, enterprise buyers, and technology leaders around the world.

Nathan previously led global go-to-market strategy for Lenovo's ThinkReality enterprise XR business, giving him direct experience building strategic relationships across global technology ecosystems. He is also CEO of The Immerse Group, where he helps emerging technology companies accelerate enterprise business development through trusted networks, targeted outreach, and relationship-driven growth.

Strīd grew out of a simple insight from Nathan's work across thousands of introductions, partnerships, events, and enterprise sales conversations: the most valuable business opportunities rarely move through cold outreach alone. They move through trust.

“After years of building global technology communities and helping companies reach enterprise decision-makers, I saw the same problem repeatedly: the strongest path to an opportunity was often already inside someone's network, but there was no system to make it visible. Strīd is being built to turn that invisible trust into decision-grade infrastructure.”

    Principles

    What we believe.

    01

The future of business will not be won by more activity. It will be won by better judgment.

    02

Relationships are not soft data. They are strategic infrastructure.

    03

The best opportunity path is rarely linear. It moves through trust, timing, and context.

    04

AI should not just generate outreach. It should help professionals understand where to focus and why.

    05

Every team should be able to see the relationship paths that already exist around them.

    Product philosophy

    Built for trust-heavy business workflows.

Strīd starts with outbound sales because the pain is urgent, measurable, and budgeted. But the infrastructure is broader. The same trust intelligence layer can support fundraising, partnerships, recruiting, investing, executive networking, and AI agent opportunity routing.
